Homebuilding Expert to Drive Expansion and Lead Operational Excellence in Growing Market

In this role, Beucke will oversee all aspects of the division's operations, ensuring its continued success and expansion.

Prior to joining TJH as vice president of asset management in 2024, Beucke amassed extensive experience in the homebuilding industry through a variety of leadership roles. He has held key positions at Landsea Homes, Lennar Homes, KB Home and additional companies, all translating to his current role overseeing operational excellence, sales and marketing strategies to drive divisional success. With his background as a licensed architect, real estate broker and contractor, Beucke will provide a tailored approach to managing projects and fostering client relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University's College of Architecture.
