New Initiative Tackles Workforce Gaps as Two-Thirds of Ohio CPAs Approach Retirement

OSCPA Leads the Charge to Expand Ohio's CPA Pipeline
The OSCPA leads initiatives to grow Ohio's CPA pipeline through programs funded by and informed by the , a member-led advisory group of 55 leaders from business, academia, government and nonprofits. The Coalition played a key role in shaping "Look Beyond" to align with workforce needs and create opportunities for aspiring CPAs.
