ATLANTA, Sept. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) has partnered with insurance and financial services company Nationwide, who will serve as a Keynote Luncheon Sponsor during the organization's 46th Annual Conference & Career Exposition, AFFIRM 2024. Recognized as the nation's largest diversity career fair, AFFIRM 2024 will be held in Washington, D.C., from Sept. 17-21. The luncheon will take place on Thursday, September 19.
Aptly themed, Affirming Our Culture, Heritage, and Legacy, the highlight of the luncheon will be the presentation of the prestigious Silver Torch Award and the H. Naylor Fitzhugh Award of Relevance. The Silver Torch Award recognizes a corporation or individual that has made significant strides in promoting equal opportunities for minority professionals and advancing strategic positions within their organization. The H. Naylor Fitzhugh Award of Relevance honors exceptional contributions towards self-improvement and demonstrated involvement in various business, educational, and professional organizations within the African American community.
