This is the third consecutive year that Stanley Consultants has received recognition from the organization.
Stanley Consultants won awards in three categories that recognize different elements of excellence in an early career recruitment strategy - Candidate Experience, Recruitment Strategies and Internship Programming.
The award criteria focused on providing outstanding candidate experiences, developing impactful internship programs and adopting multifaceted and strategic approaches to university engagement. The Stanley program is crafted to unite young professionals with experienced senior engineers through a robust mentorship program, a peer support system and a focus on setting and achieving ambitious career goals.
Lisa Nourse, talent acquisition manager, highlighted that 90% of Stanley Consultants' interns have transitioned to full-time roles in the last three years of the program.
