CARLSBAD, Calif., Oct. 14, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GLDS has recently completed a year-long migration effort to move rural fiber broadband leader Conexon Connect's subscriber operations from a common utility billing system to GLDS' fiber-first broadband management ecosystem. The change positions Conexon Connect for growth, providing a clear runway to scale its operations as the internet service provider's footprint continues to expand nationwide.
Conexon Connect's fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks span rural communities across many states, including Georgia, Florida, Colorado, and others, poised to reach more than 400,000 rural homes and businesses upon completion of its current projects. These networks provide symmetrical multi-gigabit-speed internet, offering the same high-quality service available in urban areas.
Conexon Connect has successfully deployed GLDS' subscriber management, billing, and service delivery solutions, built specifically for broadband service providers. The GLDS platform will be leveraged by the Conexon Connect team to manage the complete customer lifecycle, from initial order through billing, service activation, payment processing and collections.
