Output CoLAB will offer community building and mentorship to up-and-coming music makers by connecting them with unique, opportunities, resources, and industry veterans

The program kicks off in partnership with Grammy Award-winning songwriting and production duos, Nova Wav and Stargate.

Nova Wav and Stargate, founders of (LAAMP) are known for their work in the R&B and hip-hop genres. Nova Wav has worked with legendary artists like Rihanna, Ariana Grande, and Beyonce, and their most recent work can be heard on Beyonce's iconic albums, Cowboy Carter (2024) and Renaissance (2022). Grammy Award-winning and ASCAP songwriters, Stargate, are best known for their prolific work in the pop, R&B, and hip-hop genres and are behind hits like Beyoncé's "Irreplaceable," Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music" and "Diamonds," and Ne-Yo's "So Sick," among others.
