Excendio Advises eDot on its Acquisition by Cyber Advisors

NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Excendio Advisors has announced that eDot, LLC has been acquired by Cyber Advisors, LLC. Excendio served as eDot's exclusive financial advisor for this successful transaction.

eDot, founded in Wheeling, IL by Steve Jaffe and Melvin Thoede more than 20 years ago, specializes in Managed Services, Cyber Security, Backup Systems, IT Consulting, and Hardware/Software Sales and Support.
