WASHINGTON, Jan. 17, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A recent survey from found that more than indicated they did not know of a clinic or health care provider that they could go to if they wanted or needed an abortion in the near future. Of those, that they did not know how they could find a clinic or health care provider.
As we approach another year without Roe v. Wade, the decision that affirmed a constitutional right to abortion, confusion amongst young people on where to turn to get an abortion remains high.

In 2020, Power to Decide launched , a comprehensive directory of trusted, verified abortion providers and assistance resources in the United States. Since its launch, AbortionFinder has had 8.25M visits, of which 6.5M (over three-quarters) have accrued since the Dobbs decision.

This survey was conducted by Power to Decide using Ipsos probability-based online panel, KnowledgePanel. Data were collected from September 29, 2023 – October 6, 2023 among individuals 15 to 29 years of age, assigned female at birth. A total of 1,150 surveys were completed with a margin of error for total respondents of +/- 3.5 percentage points adjusted for design effect, at the 95% confidence level.
