Annette and Scott Hebert combine professional expertise and personal experiences to guide families through transitions with care.
ST. LOUIS, Jan. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Caring Transitions, the leader in senior relocation and transition services, continues expanding its compassionate reach nationwide with its latest location in Missouri. Caring Transitions of Northwest St. Louis will serve St Louis, Clayton, Richmond Heights, Central West End, University City, Olivette, Overland, Pasadena Hills, Normandy, St Charles, New Town, Florissant, St Ann, and surrounding areas. The new Caring Transitions location, owned and operated by Annette and Scott Hebert, will provide a unique full-service approach that is an end-to-end solution, including decluttering, resettling, clean-outs, space planning, and managing estate sales and online auctions while providing a win-win experience for everyone.
Scott Hebert brings a wealth of experience from both professional leadership and personal caregiving roles. With a career spanning over 25 years in corporate leadership, Scott is known for his ability to build trust, foster relationships, and prioritize people. Under his leadership, his team's Employee Job Satisfaction rating soared from 60% to 95%—a testament to his servant-leadership style and dedication to empowering others.
However, it was during one of life's most challenging seasons that Scott discovered his true calling. When his father became terminally ill, Scott took on the role of in-home hospice caregiver, managing every detail of his care with unwavering dedication. Following his father's passing, Scott spent months settling his father's estate, managing the home, automobile, and trust—all while working remotely and being away from his own family.
"That experience was one of the most challenging yet transformative times of my life," Scott shared. "I realized how overwhelming it can be to manage both the emotional weight of loss and the logistical responsibilities that come with it. I wish I had known about Caring Transitions then. Now, I want to be that guiding hand for others, helping them navigate these difficult times with clarity and care."
For Annette Hebert, Caring Transitions represents a deeply personal mission built on a foundation of faith, family, and community service. Annette dedicated 18 years of her professional career to Fontbonne University in Clayton, Missouri, where she excelled in leadership and community engagement. However, a pivotal moment shifted her focus back to her family and faith, reminding her of what truly matters. Since stepping away from her career, Annette has spent invaluable time with her husband, children, and grandchildren—one of whom has Down syndrome, requiring dedicated therapy and developmental care.
"This new chapter of my life is about service, both to my family and my community," Annette shared. "Every experience, from volunteering in our parish to helping care for loved ones, has shown me the power of connection and compassion. Caring Transitions allows me to channel these values into meaningful work, helping families navigate life's most challenging transitions with grace and support."
After supporting their daughter's family in relocating and managing their business transition in Florida, Scott and Annette knew they wanted to embark on a new chapter together. When they discovered Caring Transitions, it immediately resonated with their values and vision for meaningful work.
"We wanted to do something together that truly made a difference in people's lives," Scott said. "Caring Transitions was the perfect fit. Every personal and professional experience has led us to this point, and we are honored to serve the families in our community."
"We are thrilled to welcome Annette and Scott into the Caring Transitions franchise family and to strengthen and continue building our brand presence in Missouri," said Ray Fabik, President of Caring Transitions. "Their dedication to serving others, combined with their professional expertise and personal passion, will make an incredible impact on families in Northwest St. Louis. We're excited to see the positive change they'll bring to their community."
