Roseann Russo's experience in caregiving and community service drives her mission to support families through life's transitions.

For Roseann Russo, opening this franchise is the culmination of a desire to make a more meaningful impact in her community. After spending two decades successfully building a deli business, Roseann transitioned into the senior care industry in 2019. During the past five years, Roseann worked in a local senior community, where she discovered her deep passion for helping seniors through challenging transitions. Seeing firsthand how emotionally and physically demanding these transitions can be, Roseann was inspired to find a way to provide support and compassion to seniors and their families.

"I spent many years in the food business, but I wanted to do something more fulfilling," Roseann shared. "When I learned about Caring Transitions, I knew it was the perfect opportunity. I could combine my love for the community with my passion for caregiving, and help families navigate the challenging moments that come with downsizing or relocating. This work is incredibly rewarding, and I'm thrilled to bring it to Hilton Head and the surrounding areas."

Roseann’s journey into the senior care industry is deeply personal. She recalls the experience of helping a dear friend through a difficult time in their life, which required managing the overwhelming task of downsizing from a 5,000-square-foot home. Roseann flew in to support her dear friend during this challenging time, staying for two weeks to help clear out the home. Although the experience was not what drove her to start this business, it solidified her passion for providing compassionate support during life’s transitions.

As a proud single mother of three children, Roseann has always emphasized the importance of hard work, perseverance, and leading by example. Her son, Austin, is now working alongside her in the business, where he has developed a similar passion for serving the senior community.

"We want to be a reliable, compassionate partner for families facing life's toughest transitions," Roseann said. "Our goal is to provide peace of mind, whether it's helping a senior move to a smaller home or managing an estate sale after the passing of a loved one."
