Scott Castleman, a Fairfax County resident since 2008, brings over two decades of experience in enterprise software management, including executive leadership roles in Client Services at Cvent. His decision to launch Caring Transitions was driven by personal experience—having witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when helping aging loved ones relocate or downsize.
His own family's experience with helping aging parents transition out of their home and dealing with the logistical and emotional complexities of downsizing led him to seek a business that would allow him to make a meaningful impact on the community.
