Kathryn White was 43 years old when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. Following her diagnosis in 2015, Kathryn dove into how to support her health and healing through making changes in her own life through healthy lifestyle choices. Kathryn uses her lived experience of not just surviving but thriving through stage 4 cancer, as well as her professional trainings as a teacher, a nutrition educator, a yoga teacher and as a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach to share her message that there is life with cancer.
