Originally published in 2016, Benson chose to revise after realizing that as the world evolves, people are seeking a direct and practical approach to solving the issues they face in their work lives. Answers from Within goes further by taking an in-depth look at groups that have been marginalized—women, minorities, seniors, and those with different expressions of sexuality and gender.
