New book invites readers to deepen their relationship with God and discover their true calling
MORRIS, Ill., Feb. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Author Stephen Stonehocker has published his debut book, "For the Glory of God," a collection of reflective articles focused on the Christian journey and personal faith. Throughout the book, Stonehocker addresses questions about who God is, what it means to live a Christian life and the relationships God seeks with individuals. He wrote these essays over the past 20 years as he explored who God is and who God wants him to be.
In "For the Glory of God," Stonehocker's writings reflect his personal journey of seeking understanding and navigating the complexities of faith. Through his reflections, he guides readers into a deeper relationship with God and encourages them to explore their own faith.
"I want this book to reach people who need encouragement in their Christian walk," Stonehocker said. "I want to lift people up and help them understand who Jesus is and show them why they need Jesus in their lives."
A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Stonehocker found inspiration in the mountains and natural beauty of Montana, often photographing the landscape of God's creation. Drawing from his experiences in Montana, Stonehocker examines questions of identity, spirituality and the nature of a relationship with God.
"Our God is an amazing God who deserves all the glory in everything," Stonehocker said. "One can trust God through all struggles, knowing He will guide and fulfill every promise He has made."
