At the Colorado Pizza and Sports Grill the Base Bites host spoke with Chef Noah Hales who spills all the secrets behind their newly added show-stopping espresso-rubbed brisket. This smoky masterpiece is a star in the barbeque buffet lineup, cozied up next to homemade mac & cheese, collard greens, baked beans, and more. Also featured is a conversation with Chef Kirkland Dunning, the grill's operation manager, who gives the lowdown on their legendary Wing Wednesday—$0.75 wings as far as the eye (and appetite) can reach, featuring the dangerously delicious Grenade flavor for spice lovers.
