Effective January 1, eight new members joined the :

- ; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Clearway Energy Group

- ; Managing Director and Co-Head, U.S. Corporate Banking; CIBC Capital Markets
- ; CEO and Co-Founder; Clearloop
