Magaya today announced the appointment of technology and software-as-a-service (SaaS) leader, Ken Walters, to its Board of Directors.

Having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Infor, a global leader in enterprise software and services, Walters brings extensive experience that will be instrumental in guiding Magaya's next-stage growth strategy. Infor scaled from $40 million to over $2.1 billion in revenue over the course of Walters' tenure, operating offices in 100 countries, with over 8,000 employees, and serving more than 70,000 customers. He oversaw the integration and operation of more than 25 acquisitions including several ERP, supply chain, and logistics solutions.

Prior to his time at Infor, Walters previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Internet Security Systems, Inc. and as a Managing Partner at Coopers & Lybrand. Since retiring in 2010, he has served as a board director and advisor to many successful SaaS software companies that serve high growth global markets.
